Start with:
    
5 lb precooked ham

Preparation:
    
Put ham in a roaster.
     Pour in 1 can of beer. Add water so that it comes up 1/2" on ham and cover.
     Heat thoroughly at 350 degrees for couple of hours.
     Pour off most of liquid.

Glaze with:
    
1 cup creole mustard, (12 oz Zatarain's)
     1 cup brown sugar
     1/2 cup cane syrup
     1/4 cup pineapple juice
     1/4 cup black pepper
     Add nutmeg, allspice, thyme if desired.
     Bake another 45 minutes.
