crawfish soup

Ingredients:
     2 cans yellow cream style corn
     4 cans cream of potato soup
     1 pint Half & Half
     1-2 lbs frozen crawfish tails (or shrimp)
     1 large onion chopped
     1 bell pepper chopped
     1/2 stick oleo
     Salt, garlic, pepper and Tabasco to taste

Prepare:
    
Saute onions, pepper and garlic in oleo until glossy.
     Add soup, corn, Half & Half and crawfish.
     Simmer, stirring occasionally for 15 to 20 minutes.
     Season to taste.
