Sizes:
    
4 - 6 lb breast:  cook 1 1/2 to 2 1/4 hrs
     6 - 8 lb breast:  cook 2 1/4 to 3 1/4 hrs

     8 - 12 lb turkey: cook 2 3/4 to 3 hrs
   12 - 14 lb turkey: cook 3 to 3 3/4 hrs
   14 - 18 lb turkey: cook 3 3/4 to 4 1/4 hrs     ** (In 2002 cooked 15 lb turkey in roster for 5 hrs @ 350)
   18 - 20 lb turkey: cook 4 1/4 to 4 1/2 hrs     ** (In 1996 cooked 14 lb turkey 3 3/4 hrs.)

Stuff turkey with onion, apple, celery. Bake 325. Put in roaster with lid. Uncover last 45 min to 1 hr so will brown.
Cover with foil after taking out of oven and ready to carve.

** Thaw:
     2 days on counter
     1 night in refrigerator
